The turnaround time for US and Australia shipments is about 13-20 business days and for rest of the world about 14-21 business days.
We offer international shipping besides following countries: Belarus, Burma, Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe.
The given delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the transit time. Deliveries might take longer than expected because of incorrect shipping address, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, or any other unavoidable circumstances.
Please note that import duties, and any other additional import charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are ultimately the buyer's responsibility.
Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped in separate shipments. You may receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.

If your order is marked as 'delivered' but you have yet to receive it, please follow the steps below:
1. Verify that the address you provided is correct.
2. Check with your neighbors.
3. Contact your local post office.

NOTE
For international orders, if the tracking says your order was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact customs right away! You may need to pick up your package.
If the package is not picked up within three days, the order could be returned to us. We can reship the order, but you will have to pay the postage again.
Orders
The order processing time might take up to 1- 4 business days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email.
All customers are charged at the time of purchase. All payments are in USD. Paying in local currency means your home bank handles the currency conversion; they will convert the currency from USD to Local currency for you.
We accept 2 hours’ notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity, color, size, or shipping address information. Just feel free to contact us. The clothes are made ethically with full respect of environmental impact. Organic cotton is collected from subtropical countries such as India, Turkey, China, and parts of the USA and later on used to produce clothes collections in the very effective way, without unnecessary wastes, maintaining recycling principles. We are using water-based ink on our designs which does not include any dangerous chemicals, like the plastic-based inks, moreover it is completely safe for humans and high-level environmental friendly.
Because our clothes are made ethically, the negative impact on the Planet is definitely lower, than in the traditional way doing it. Moreover, by spreading the message of plant-based lifestyle, cruelty-free animals treatment and growing positive thoughts we raise those problems` awareness among society and encourage to make eco lifestyle choices. Here are some tips we can give you:
- Do not use very high temperatures.
- Wash similar clothes together.
- Try to avoid using machine dryers.
- Do not use bleach or any other chemical detergents.
- Turn your clothes inside-out before washing.
- When drying, avoid very long exposure on the Sun.
Refunds & Returns
You will get a refund when:
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- If wrong item has been sent, including wrong product, color or size.
You will NOT get a refund when you:
- Provide wrong address.
- Make a mistake in choosing item, quantity or color.
If you believe an error has occurred due to a mistake on our part, first of all, please accept our sincerest apologies! Your satisfaction is of the highest importance to us! The mistakes are happening in every fulfilment centre and we are happy to replace or exchange any items that we missed the mark on.

3. Please include the following: - The photo(s) - A description of the issue - The Order Number - If there are multiple products in an order, identify the product with the issue.
Our support team will respond within 1 business day and Return Instruction will be provided.
All orders are guaranteed for delivery. If orders are not received due to circumstances beyond our control, a replacement item will be ordered. The replacement item will be shipped to the original shipping address unless a buyer wants to change it.
