Our Prevention Policy for COVID-19

In response to many inquires regarding current situation with COVID-19 pandemic we would like to address main concerns and doubts.

1. Safety

• As the situation evolves day-to-day our top priority during these challenging days is to ensure safety and health condition of our employees, co-workers and customers.
• Especially at Planet Saviors we deeply take care of every single individual regardless weather it is our worker, ambassador or customer. 
• We guarantee all our employers and co-workers full health insurance, as well as full salary during this time. All our staff was trained on proper hands washing protocol and work areas are cleaned prior to shipping each package. Furthermore, all employees wear vinyl gloves when packaging orders and follow all the hygienic protocols.
• Our customer support staff and graphic designers works remotely from their houses and they are getting paid full wage all the time
• All packages, that we sending are completely SAFE, nonetheless after receiving the package please follow proper hands washing protocol  for your own safety

2. Shipping

• Shipping time could be a little bit longer, especially considering current situation.
• Not only we care about minimalizing the negative impact on our planet, specifically during manufacturing process, but also about adhering to safety standards applicable during COVID-19 pandemic
• The turnaround time for US shipments is about 13-20 business days and for international about 14-21 business days.*

 

*Please kindly take into account, that COVID-19 could affect delivery time, however so far every package was delivered without significant delay.
